Booking
with Escape Worldwide
|
|
The
following information is important in booking with Escape Worldwide. However,
please do bear in mind that any package holiday or flight booked is also
bound by the Terms and Conditions of the individual tour operator through
which it is booked. In booking with Escape Worldwide, you are agreeing
to the Terms and Conditions of both ourselves and of the tour operator
involved. Copies of the tour operators Terms and Conditions can be obtained
form ourselves on request. All holidays are also subject to availability. |

Us

Holidays
and services shown on this web site are booked and administered by Escape
Worldwide LLP, a fully bonded travel agent. References on this site to
‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Escape
Worldwide LLP. We are based in the UK, and this web site is for use in
the UK only.
Escape Worldwide
is a full member of the Global Travel Group (membership number S2264),
and we act as an agent for ATOL holders. For more information about this

About
You
|
|
Any
person booking with Escape Worldwide must be 18 years of age or over,
and must accept full responsibility for all passengers travelling within
the group booked. It is the lead passengers’ responsibility to disclose
information about all members of the travelling group that may have a
bearing on the ability to travel. The following points are particularly
important:
• Any
passengers that have a criminal record. Any such passenger who is travelling
to the USA must declare this, including driving offences, at the time
of booking.
• Previous
deportations from the country of visit.
We reserve
the right to decline any booking placed by you. Charges may be levied
by the tour operator through which the booking is made should you decide
to subsequently amend the booking. Such charges are generally set out
in the appropriate Terms and Conditions.
Tour operators
and airlines reserves the right to alter and amend any pre-booked route
or itinerary in line with their Terms and Conditions.
Bookings can be accepted from residents of any country, however, we can only issue insurance to UK residents of six months or longer. Kindly note that payment made by non-UK registered debit cards (and all credit cards) will be subject to a 2% transaction fee. |

Your Contract
|
|
When
you book a holiday with a travel agent, you are entering into a legally
binding agreement with the tour operator who is to provide your holiday
or service. This contract is formed when we confirm to you in writing
that your holiday has been accepted by the tour operator. A submitted
booking form acts as a binding offer from you to book, and indicates your
acceptance of the tour operators terms and conditions. You will be asked
to ensure that you have read the tour operators terms and conditions at
the time of booking, and by agreeing to this, you are agreeing to them.
These terms and conditions include important details about your booking,
including the tour operators cancellation procedures. All contracts completed
between us and you are subject to our own standard terms and conditions,
as laid out on this page. |

Our Terms

The
Terms laid out here are those that constitute your agreement with us,
in relation to their subject matter. If you do not agree to these Terms,
you may not use this web site or book with us. Any holiday purchased from
Escape Worldwide LLP which is confirmed in accordance with the Terms and
Conditions set out here will constitute a legal agreement between you
and the tour operator, carrier, hotel or other service provider. Escape
Worldwide acts only as an agent, and we are not responsible for the provision
of your holiday.

site is designed specifically for communicating the price and availability
of holidays and flights, and as such cannot be regarded as an offer, merely
an invitation to treat.
Without prejudice
to the foregoing provisions, we are entitled to the benefit of any applicable
exclusions and/or limitations of liability permitted by the laws of any
country found to be applicable to the information shown on this Web Site
and/or any services offered by us or on our behalf. |

is imperative for your own well-being that you take out some form of insurance,
and it is a condition of booking your holiday with Escape Worldwide that
you do this. It is not necessary to purchase this through ourselves, however,
if you do not, you must advise us of your insurer and policy reference,
and your insurance cover must be equal to or greater than that offered
by the Tour Operator through whom your arrangements are booked, or our
own policy offered. . |

Pricing
|

prices displayed on this site are starting guide prices, and as such are
for guidance only. However, we do make considerable efforts to ensure
that prices shown are accurate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the
availability of any holiday or flight advertised. We reserve the right
to withdraw prices without notice. We do also try, space permitting, to
indicate additional costs such as flight supplements and additional extras.
All flight, holiday and price details will be confirmed verbally to you
at the time of booking, and in writing through the post subsequently.
A final costing will be provided when we have your full passenger details,
but prior to payment being collected. Prices are correct to the best of
our knowledge at the time of input, however, may go up or down without
notice.
All prices
shown are in Pounds Sterling and include all taxes unless otherwise stated.
All are based on a specific room occupancy. Please check the correct price
prior to booking. Additional charges such as Ticket on Departure or resort
transfer costs - which may be mandatory - may apply on certain holidays.
